    Our header has an outside diameter of 42MM and the OEM outside diameter is 35MM.
  • Will I have to remap my KLR650 after installing the Delkevic complete exhaust?
    Remapping wont be necessary if fitting the exhaust to a stock KLR650.
  • Do you have mapping suggestions if I do decide to remap to get the best performance enhancement from my machine?
    We recommend a product like the JD Jetting Power Surge 6X Fuel Injection Tuner to get the best performance improvement out of you machine. It is a plug and play tuner with adjustable preset maps custom programmed by JD Jetting.
  • What is the inlet size of this muffler?
    The inside diameter of the inlet of this muffler is 2 inches.
  • Does this muffler include a baffle?
    Yes this muffler uses the Delkevic discrete baffle system. The baffle is removed through the inlet of the muffler. It is important to remember, baffles will not dramatically reduce the decibel level. The muffler is LOUD even with a baffle.
  • Does this muffler include a spark arrestor?
    No, this muffler does not include a spark arrestor and we do not currently offer one for this muffler option.
  • Is the entire kit made from titanium?
    No, only the muffler is titanium; the link pipe and all components are produced from 304 stainless steel.
